Ph.D. Students

I am looking for passionate and highly motivated Ph.D. students to join my group. Please send the following directly to me:

• Cover letter to summarize past experience and to explain how you can fit into ELISA Lab.

• Detailed CV with name and contact information for 3 references.

• Transcripts for both master and undergraduate degrees. Transcripts from outside of US must be evaluated by a current member of NACES such as WES.

• GRE/TOEFL (if applicable).

Master Students

For highly motivated Master's students who are interested in completing a Master's Thesis, please send the following directly to me (only after you have been accepted):

• Cover letter to summarize past experience and to explain how you can fit into ELISA Lab.

• Detailed CV and undergraduate transcript.

• GRE/TOEFL (if applicable).

Undergraduate Students

Highly motivated undergraduate students at OU are welcome to participate in our research and publish their research results. Please contact me with a brief statement about your research interests and related skills. Ways of participation include:

• NSF Summer REU (not offered for Summer 2025).

• Undergraduate research assistant (both volunteer and hourly paid basis).

• Sign up for ECE4998 Senior Project under my supervision. Note that ECE4998 can be used to replace ECE4999 Senior Design for graduation.

High School Students

ELISA lab hosts summer research experience for high school students on a volunteer basis. Please contact me with a brief statement about your research interests and related skills. Our past high school members have been accepted to top universities including University of Michigan, Carnegie Mellon, Geogia Tech, etc.

Visiting scholars

Self-funded visiting scholars are welcome to contact me to discuss potential collaborations.
